On behalf of SPreister: I am looking for a report or map view that shows who is and isn’t in the field. Currently, this requires you to find each user on the map, and then hover mouse over to see if they are logged in. A simple dot next to each tech would suffice: Red not logged in for the day, green logged in, yellow logged in but not in system for 30 minutes or more.
