Change "Tickets" to "Cases" in Support Portal

at the top of the screen, instead of "Tickets" and "Submit a Ticket" can we have this read "Cases"? Maybe this is already in the works, but improving nomenclature and reducing confusion between One Call Tickets vs Support "Tickets"/Cases would be awesome!
