Can settings be changed so when you check the box to select select an action for one or more tickets that the box gets unchecked once the chosen action is completed or to keep the selected tickets on the page being viewed? Currently if I reassign a batch of tickets to a different locator they disappear from view usually to a different page. The problem this creates is unless you scroll to the top of the page and click the "None" tab those tickets stay selected and get added to list for the next ticket action. This had resulted in tickets being reassigned or closed with incorrect responses.
