As a reporting user, i would like to create custom reports using data points from rejected Agent Notes. Currently the [date rejected], [reason for rejection] and [date resubmitted] values from Agent Notes are not captured in the out of the box reporting views.

In addition to Agent Notes updates, a reporting view for Payment Directives would be incredibly helpful. At present there is no way to determine how many payment directives exist and where.
