The following release will take place August 20, 2024 beginning 10:00 pm EST.

VERSION: Aug 2024

WHAT'S NEW:

  • User Interests empower Irth Training Admin to engage audiences in a brand new way! With User Interests, you can prompt users to identify their items of choice from lists you have created (your tag categories), tailoring their BROWSE library experience to highlight the items that align with their chosen interests. To learn more about this new feature and take your browse offerings to the next level, CLICK HERE!
  • Student progress and history are now available for viewing in the Credential Training items. When viewing the Credential > Overview tab, select any student to see a detailed list of their current status, the items that have complete, and options to manage any of the items they are currently working on. For more info about this feature, CLICK HERE!
  • A new training ‘Insights’ menu option is now available to all users with an Admin role. For this release, the available insights serve as a replacement for the legacy ‘Training Program Summary’ dashboard that showcased student summary information you’re your Certifications. The new insights panel adds additional training items and data elements offering greater insight into what is happening with your students. Additionally, filters for Groups, date ranges, and a legacy ‘Roster Summary’ csv export are also available. The data shown is influenced by the logged in users permissions. For those of you giving read-only reporting access to ‘company admin’ type users, this insights tab is the new place you will want to direct them to begin using!  (Note: legacy Training Summary Dashboards and Roster Summary reports are still available and have not been affected.)

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Tag Category management has received a design overhaul. This represents one of the first of the management areas updated to the new design system. For more info about the new design, CLICK HERE!
  • The following xAPI / SCORM data received from e-learning modules will now be captured in the data based. Note: we have not yet built reports or a view into these items, but will start capturing them post-release.
    • Person Identifier
    • Time to Complete training
    • Final/Overall Score information
  • RISE modules (an Articulate product) will now display a ‘Resume’ or ‘Restart’ option. This is similar to how Storyline 360 product works, and will allow students to restart a module (previously they would automatically resume).

WHAT'S FIXED:

  • When bulk registering students from the Browse Library, the blank screen showing when ‘create new person’ is selected has been corrected to display the create new person form.
  • Resources that are listed in the students Course > Lesson view will be shown in the order in which the Course Admin has indicated.
  • When opening a student profile from the Credential > Overview tab, the legacy profile view will display in a full side-sheet. Formerly, this box was scrunched to a very small area.
