Irth Training Release Notes: January 14, 2025 (Home Page and Updated Profile)

The following release will take place January 14, 2024 beginning 10:00 pm EST.

WHAT'S NEW:

• CredentialBulk Registration is now available for Admin with the ‘Allow Bulk registration’ option enabled on their profile. The +Add Others option will now appear on the Credential marketing page.
• The Home Page has a new look!  Logged in users that do not have any training to-do items listed on their home page, will now see a preview of up to 3 training items available to them in the Browse library. This addition is intended to encourage new users to engage with the browse library and register for available training opportunities.
• The Person Profile has a new look!  When viewing a user from the Main Menu People list, the new Irth Universal Profile page will display. This initial offering will show basic user details including name, role, basic contact information, and a list of all enrolled training items. Clicking on each training item will display a side sheet showing the details of a students progress through that item.

• People Search areas have been enhanced to include searching by email and username.  Navigate to the main menu > people page and search by email or username to see related people(s).
• New page: My Achievements.  Users can click their profile icon to locate the new My achievements page. This page shows them a summary view of their enrolled training (the same training list admin can now see in the new profile page).V2 enhancements currently scheduled for our next major system release will include the ability to share a public view of their achievements outside of the system, as well as print their achievements to PDF. • Angular Update.  Though this is a large tech debt upgrade mostly under the covers, it does have a big impact visually to a lot of base controls used throughout the system. Items such buttons, toggle, tabs and some text input areas will likely have a fresh look and styling differences.
• Public Events API feed now includes Content Tags for Seminar Items

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• Verbiage to the ‘Switch or Add additional Irth Training Partners’ experience has been enhanced to better reflect the intended experience.
• Filters have been added to the training ‘Anywhere’ integration on the Browse Page

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Switch Client menu in Dark Mode now colored correctly
• Issues when adding and removing students assigned to multiple clients (when one or more clients have deleted the student profile).
