Currently, the only time-related dimensions available in Historical Power BI are:
Creation DateTime – The date and time the ticket arrived in UTS.
Locate DateTime – The last/most recent date and time a response was entered on the ticket.
Due DateTime – The due date and time of the ticket as received from the OCC, unless Due Time Overrides are in place.
The Challenge:
The available time dimensions do not correspond with the time dimension used in some OCC’s reporting, making it difficult to validate records and leading to severe discrepancies between reports.
Proposed Solution:
he addition of ‘First Response to the Center DateTime’ as a time dimension in Historical Power BI would:
Capture the exact date and time of the first response sent to the Center (when configured to do so in Configure Positive Response to Center).
Enable reporting to align with OCC’s time-based reporting structure, making validation easier and significantly improving data consistency.
Allow for better discrepancy identification and resolution when comparing internal and external reports.
