Irth Training Release Notes: March 18, 2025 (HOTFIX - Renewal Cards & Articulate Status)

The following fix will be pushed to production after hours on March 18, 2025.

VERSION:  March 18 2025 Hotfix

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Renewal Card Expirations - Students with continuing education (renewals) due for their certification experienced an issue where Renewal Cards appears as expired during the designated buffer period set by the system administrator.   This prevented them from completing their continuing education after the due date but before the buffer period ended.   The Renewal Card will now correctly recognize the buffer period and remain visible on the To-Do list within that timeframe.
• Articulate Complete but Course Status Not Updated -  Some students completed their Articulate module but were not being marked as complete in their course. And/Or, when students were attempting to resume an Articulate, the presentation failed to load, displaying a black screen instead. Both issues were found to be caused by a discrepancy in the status information sent by Articulate. Irth Training will now auto-correct this information and re-engage Articulate to ensure a seamless student experience.
