A notification for tickets that are placed in pending research would be helpful. At this time if a ticket falls slightly outside of a border or misses classification it can languish until someone remembers to check that folder. This can be an issue after hours and on holidays. Ideally, a notification based on time without being assigned or placed in a folder would be the trigger for a notification.
