WHAT'S FIXED:
Update to Quality Assurance Ticket Ordering Logic: We’ve made a refinement to the Quality Assurance (QA) ticket ordering logic to better align Activity Code and Priority assignments. Previously, the Priority field was used only to sort tickets within the same QA Activity, without influencing the overall queue order. With this update, ticket prioritization will now reflect the assigned Priority more accurately across the entire queue. When an Activity Code is present, the system will continue to route the ticket to the appropriate QA agent and evaluation form based on that code.
