Within Ticket Put In Folder Notification Details, I'd like to see additional settings for each recipient that is added to a notification profile. For example, if a notification profile is setup with a phone number for texts and email for well, emails. Then I want to be able to a say that all text notifications should be (ex. emergency, short, damage) and for the email recipient to just be for all tickets. This would be better than creating separate profile for one person.
