Irth Training Release Notes: November 13, 2025 (QA Portal Follow Up)

After-hours this evening an update to Product will be made addressing the following QA items:

1. Keyboard Navigation: Tab to Questions, Arrow to Answer, Space Bar to Select
2. Auto-Refresh: will be automatically disabled if a QA item is open and actively getting completed.   Once the assessment view is closed, if agents have the auto-refresh toggled on, the statistics on their dashboard will automatically refresh every 5 minutes.  
   
3. Character Limit Increase:  Short answer text questions will now allow a user-input of up to 500 characters (former max was 100).
4. Dashboard queries: have been enhanced for improved load speeds.
