For tickets there's an option if there's two conflicting process automations to place it in the folder with less tickets. There's no option for this for work items and if there's two conflicting process automations it defaults to whichever was made first and there's no way of changing it. I had to manually go in to 140 process automations over the weekend when the system could load them at a reasonable rate to update them. Adding the toggle for work items that exists for tickets would be a necessary help and would save hours of after hour work especially if a larger project update was needed that involved even more process automations.
