Hello- Wondering if there could be an enhancement that allows the ticket to stay live until it reaches it expiration date? I have 180 day tickets that go into Archive prior to being expired.

Thanks for the suggestion! Based on your description, it sounds like the outcome you're looking for may already be available through an existing feature that allows open tickets to remain online and active rather than moving to Archive based solely on ticket age.
I'd recommend reaching out to your Account Executive to discuss whether this functionality is available for your organization and what would be involved in enabling it.
If you're looking for something different than simply keeping open tickets active—such as additional archive criteria, filtering options, ticket-type-specific behavior, or other retention requirements—please let us know and we'd be happy to better understand the use case.
