Groups that are configured to use "Screener Mode" cannot view Power BI Reports, even if assigned this permission. If these group permissions were honored with Screener Mode, it would allow members of a client's screener group to see live dashboards with their metrics on a daily basis. This would alleviate some of the back and forth requests for metrics on the administrator's side, and assist with keeping the screeners accountable to their performance.
