Workload Manager Filter

Workload Summary/Manager shows all tickets assigned to a user, even if there has been an ongoing response and it shows as a past due/+72 hour ticket. Having a filter on what appears similar to a ticket summary would be very beneficial for reassigning and reviewing open/upcoming tickets.
