Modify Notifications to include Multiple Time Settings

Currently, customers need to set up multiple (2 minimum) notifications when configuring around holiday schedules. 

The ability to create the same identifcal notification then two kinds of schedules within the notification would be incredibly user friendly and help streamline the process. 


Example, an emergency notification that goes out after hours i.e. 5 pm to 7 am, and they send a text message with (8) individual selected fields, to five users. Creating just one notification requires text field order of what is sent (need to choose one by one and reorder), and selecting five different personnel (cannot choose all at once). The additional clicks it takes to create the second entire notification vs having a second notification schedule within the original notification would be IDEAL.
