Feature Configuration

When enabling the toggle "Review, Clear, and Dispatch Buttons" an administrator must also add three permissions to the appropriate group(s), and this is currently not clear in the help documentation or detailed when going through the PCD process. The language for the Group Permissions does not include Screener Buttons, or the like, and say "ReviewTicket" / "DispatchTicket" / "ClearTicket" which anyone in the system can do, it does not seem related to ONLY the toggle. 

Possible Solutions

I propose adding language similar to "via screener buttons" to the beginning or end of the Permission descriptions to have end results of: 

1. Allows a user to flag a ticket as reviewed via screener buttons
2. Allows a user to dispatch a ticket based on the recommendation for the ticket via screener buttons
3. Via Screener Buttons, allows a user to clear a ticket

OR

Changing the Permission to "ReviewTicketButton" et al. 

This will make searching for all three permissions easier by including the word "button"
