From User Details Screen, View All Notifications Configured

When Users change roles or leave the company, their colleagues often need to set up their replacement. This is not always an easy task as the notifications are spread across numerous rules in Process Automation and Auto-Processing. For example, each of the following requires several clicks to reach the page to update the notification path:

  • Ticket Rec'd
  • Ticket Put in Folder
  • Ticket Assigned
  • Ticket Due Time
  • SmartScore Trigger
  • Rotational Profiles
  • Work Item Rules

Creating a clear list of notifications from the User Detail page would allow admin or like-suited users to modify the existing notifications, and possibly streamline where appropriate. 


A better solution would be to include the ability to configure notifications within the User Details Screen, but I recognize the additional lift this could create.


Bridging a link from the user details screen to the notifications ability would be exceptionally user friendly and improve the user experience.
