Irth Training Release Notes: February 5, 2025 (My Achievements)

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• Updates to the My Achievements feature that rolled out with our early-January have now been pushed to Production!   The update My Achievements feature now includes:
  • Start, Enrollment, or Completion dates on each training line-item
  • Print option - sends a printable version of the My Achievements page to the print dialogue
  • Share option - copies a URL to the users clipboard that can be sent to anyone outside of the system.   The share view can be accessed by non logged-in users to verify someone training record.

This new My Achievements page, accessed from a users 'My Account' profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the main menu bar, is a place for any student to view and share their training history.   This modern transcript view takes the place of printed Certificates of Achievement, and provide opportunities for managers to see and validate their employees training record.  Currently, it is up to the student to 'share' their public URL, but once done can be accessed as often as needed.
