The Public Media Player allows any admin to share their Resources/Media with audiences who are not logged into Coursettra. This player is used to present 1 piece of content or file (aka: a single MP4, Articulate, PDF, Image, MP3, etc.) It will not share a full Coursettra training experience.
Public URL can be found by system admin:
- Login to Irth Training
- From the main menu select: Tools > Media
- Open the media item you wish to share
- Click the 'Manage' tab
- From the general information section, select the Public URL. (Note, if the public URL is not shown, click the edit icon on the General Information section, and enable the 'Make me publicly available' toggle. Click the edit icon again to change back to view mode, and copy the displayed URL.)
Send the copied URL as you see fit. When used, students will see your content in a player similar to the one shown below:
